Resource Environmental, Inc. is seeking WBE, MBE, LSA, and Section 3 subcontractors and suppliers for the project Rose Hill Courts Phase 2 Demolition and Abatement. The Project Owner is HACLA. The general scope is demolition of the abatement and demolition of 8 two-story housing structures (consisting of 80 units).

Possible suppliers needed include construction materials and supplies and hazardous materials abatement supplies, construction equipment, and trucking. Possible subcontractors include erosion control, utility cut/cap, and security services.

For plans, specifications, or help with insurance and bonding, please contact the Estimating Department at bids@resource-env.com. Bonds may be required from any subcontractor with a proposal exceeding $100,000. Subcontractor will be required to sign Resource Environmental, Inc.'s Master Subcontract Agreement.
