REI is seeking subcontractors for electrical, fencing, and trucking work for a demolition project, as well as equipment rental vendors and construction material suppliers. The project is subject to a 3% DVBE goal.

REI is non-union and accepts proposals from both union and non-union contractors. Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
