Ray’s Electric is requesting written quotations from qualified DBE and Non-DBE sub-contractors and vendors for the above-named project. Engineer’s Estimate is $1,230,160.00 and there is a DBE of 18%. The work consist of construct ADA compliant curb ramps, pedestrian refuge islands, and other pedestrian improvements at various intersections along San Pablo Avenue, traffic signal modifications, signing and striping, installation of valley gutters, curb and gutter modifications, conform paving operations, and adjustment of various utility frame and covers to grade and other work shown on the Plans and called for in the Specifications and as directed by the Engineer.
This Project is subject to the “Buy America” Provisions of the Surface Transportation Assistance Act of 1982 as amended by the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991.

The Construction shall conform to the State of California, Department of Transportation (Caltrans), Standard Specifications (2018) and Revised Standard Specifications (latest revision to the 2018 edition) and Standard Plans, herein, called the “Standard Specifications” and “Standard Plans,” respectively including latest Addendums and Revisions-Applies to Special Provisions.

NOTE: Please include your DIR registration and Contractor License Number with your quote no later than 10:00 AM on October 26, 2023, so that all quotes may be evaluated equally.
