Seals Construction Inc is seeking DVBE proposal from ALL TRADES.

This project consists of a new district office building consisting of a single-story wood frame, slab on grade building, parking lot and related on-site and off-site development.

Prevailing Wages shall apply.

Pre-Qualification is required for MEP trades.
Pursuant to Public Contract Code Section 20111.6, subsections (b) through (m), all
general contractors and mechanical, electrical and plumbing subcontractors in license classifications A, B, C-4, C-7, C-10,
C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C- 42, C- 43 and C- 46 who intend to bid on the project must be pre-qualified.

Sub Bonds may be required for subcontracts over $100,000. Please include your Bond Cost / Bond Rate as a separate line item on your proposal.
