Alten has been awarded this Lease Leaseback Guaranteed Maximum Price Project and invites bids for
Increment 2 (the final increment) at this time.

Increment 2 (This Bid) Scope includes: Final site work related to all paving areas along the accessible path of travel, site improvements, drop off area, Landscape and Utilities as identified in the drawings. Construction of (1) Single Story Administration’ Library Building (BLDG L); (1) Single Story Classroom Building (BLDG E) & 1 Single Story Dining and Special Services Building (BLDG S). The modernization of (1) Existing Single Story Classroom Building (BLDG B2).

Skilled & Trained Workforce Requirements / Prevailing Wage Required / 5% Retention / See Extract from Facilities Lease for Insurance Requirements / RFI Deadline is 10/31/23 by 3PM / MEP+FS Subs MUST be Prequalified to Bid
Duration Dates Dec. 2023 to July 2025/ $2,000 per CD - Liquidated Damages SC / 1-Year General Warranty
A non-mandatory, but highly recommended site walk will be announced via Procore & Builders Exchanges
Alten will issue a preliminary schedule, trade packages, and RFI Responses via Bid Clarification from Procore & Builders Exchanges

It is now State of CA law to include CSLB license # & DIR # on bid sub list â€" make sure to put them on your bid scope’s 1st page!
Alten Construction may implement a CCIP (Contractor Controlled Insurance Program) on this or any Project â€" however, please include all required insurance in your bid.
