The Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District (District) is releasing this Request For Proposals (RFP) to solicit bids from qualified entities to provide project management services to oversee the implementation of an enterprise software custom-build solution by a third-party consultant, supporting the District Project team and ensuring the project's success.

Please see Attachment #1, “Scope of Services” in the RFP for additional information on services required and the Sample Contract in Public Purchase for sample contract terms and conditions. Please see Attachment #2, Woodard and Curran, Inc. Contract (pages 11-20) �" Scope of Services in the RFP�" for more information on the enterprise solution being implemented.

All responses to this RFP must be submitted electronically using Public Purchase, the District’s web-based e-Procurement system, by: 5:00 p.m. PST on Sunday, October 29, 2023. All respondents must be registered vendors using Public Purchase in order to submit a proposal.
