Seals Construction Inc is seeking DVBE proposal from ALL TRADES.

This project consists of site development and construction of a new two-story visual arts & applied sciences building to be located on the Lemoore, CA campus of West Hills Community College, with adjacent new accessory buildings including a fire pump house and a shade / solar PV canopy (Deductive Alternate).
 
Prevailing Wages shall apply.

Sub Bonds may be required for subcontracts over $100,000. Please include your Bond Cost / Bond Rate as a separate line item on your proposal.
