Project Details

The Project is generally described as, but not limited to the following Items:
a. Demolition and replacement of stage rigging and drapes
b. Updating theatrical, electrical, audio-visual equipment and lighting systems
c. Installation of lighting controls
d. Construction of an audio-visual control workstation booth at the
rear of house seating
e. Salvage portions of existing seating for repair and maintenance stock
f. Refinishing existing wood stage floor
g. Conversion of existing dressing room to stage wing storage
h. Modification of existing fire sprinkler lines to suit new stage rigging set-up
i. Installation of an automated projection screen with overhead video projector.
j. Miscellaneous interior alterations in Classroom 236 as “green room”.


It is the intent of Wickman Development & Construction to reach to
participation goal for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (“DVBE”)
Participation program of at least three (3%) for the project. This project has a
Prevailing Wage requirement.

Wickman Development and Construction is seeking qualified DBEs, MBEs, WBEs, SBEs, DVBEs

Union Affiliations: Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to
the Carpenter’s and Laborer’s Unions of Northern California Master
Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid scopes of work to
Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master
Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we
cannot list them for that portion of work.
