Project Details

SCOPE: Modernization & remodel of Buildings N, E & W. Includes selective demo, seismic retrofit, replace windows & doors, replace MEP systems, new flooring, remove & replace bleachers, flooring & wall finishes, new hydraulic elevator, removal of (E) swimming pool; paving, finishes & landscaping in courtyard, ADA pathways, parking lot, generator with ext. enclosure, utility enclosure.

This is an electronic bid submittal " therefore we are closing the bid at 1:30 PM in order to enter all information on-line.
Please submit your bids by no later than 1:30 on bid day.

This project will have an Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP).
Subcontractors shall exclude from their bids any and all costs for insurance coverage provided under the OCIP
(So exclude the cost for on-site Worker’s Comp, Employer’s Liability, General Liability, Excess Liability, and Pollution Liability).
All insurance for off-site locations, labor and operations are not covered by the OCIP.
Subcontractors are also required to provide Automobile Liability coverage for both on-site and off-site activities.

Prevailing Wage Required (NO PLA) / LEED Silver Project / 5% Retention / See Section 00 73 17 of the Project Manual Specifications & the Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) for Insurance Requirements to include/exclude in your bid /
RFI Deadline to Owner is Fri 9/1/23 by 5PM / MEP Subs MUST be Prequalified-Shortlisted to Bid / 550 Cal. Day Duration / $1,500 per Cal. Day - Liquidated Damages / See Addendum #1 for Add & Deduct Alternates to include in your bid
