Includes selective demo, seismic retrofit, replace windows & doors, replace MEP systems, new flooring, remove & replace bleachers, flooring & wall finishes, new hydraulic elevator, removal of (E) swimming pool; paving, finishes & landscaping in courtyard, ADA pathways, parking lot, generator with ext. enclosure, utility enclosure.

This project will have an Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP).
Subcontractors shall exclude from their bids any and all costs for insurance coverage provided under the OCIP
(So exclude the cost for on-site Worker’s Comp, Employer’s Liability, General Liability, Excess Liability, and Pollution Liability).
All insurance for off-site locations, labor and operations are not covered by the OCIP.
Subcontractors are also required to provide Automobile Liability coverage for both on-site and off-site activities.
