Work to be done under the Contract consists of furnishing all materials, all equipment, and performing the Work required by these Specifications and the Drawings hereinafter, described and necessary, to complete the construction of the Del Valle Grading Project.

The work includes but is not limited to the following: grading, over-excavation, and compaction to install a new 4,500 square-foot concrete pad and foundation for the future installation of a live fire training prop (consisting of shipping containers).
