We are seeking bids for the modernization of an existing 4,170 SF modular building. This space will be converted into a new CNA classroom, dance studio, testing classroom, electrical room, storage room, break room, and (2) unisex restrooms. Project scope includes demolition, new sitework around the building, lath & plaster, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, casework, ceiling tiles, and MEP upgrades. This project also includes demolition of the existing MDF Bunker Buidling adjacent to the Adult Classroom Building.
