The Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District (District) is releasing this Request For Proposals (RFP) to solicit bids from qualified entities to provide recruiting services for the position of Administrative Services Division Manager (Division Manager) resulting from the retirement of the current Division Manager. Please see Attachment #1, “Scope of Services” on the RFP for additional information on services required and the Sample Contract in Public Purchase for sample contract terms and conditions. Please see Attachment #2, “Position Description and Organization Chart” in the RFP for the Division Manager Position Description and District Organization Chart. All responses to this RFP must be submitted electronically using Public Purchase by: 5:00 p.m. PST on Monday, September 4, 2023. All respondents must be registered vendors using Public Purchase in order to submit a proposal.
