Seals Construction Inc is seeking DBE proposal from ALL TRADES.

Prevailing Wages shall apply.
Pre-Qualification for MEP Trades is required.

The project consists of two (2) pools, on-site development work, off-site development work and the following three (3) buildings:
P2 - Electrical and Storage - (SEE ADD ALT #1 for Snack Bar)
P3 - Toilet / Shower Rooms
P4 - Pool Mechanical Building and Pool Storage

Owner Furnished-Contractor Installed Items:
1) Myrtha Pool Vessel
2) Sports Lighting - (4) 70 ft Poles
3) Scoreboard

Plans and Specifications are available at no charge from the Construction Manager, CM Construction Services, Inc.

Sub Bonds may be required for Subcontracts over $100,000. Please provide your bond cost / bond rate as a separate line item on your proposal.
