Location: 232 N. Judge John Aiso Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012
The First Street North Go For Broke project consists of a new 6-story apartment building with 248 units, community space, offices, resident support spaces, commercial and retail. Basement level subterranean parking. The project is expected to commence in February 2024.

Walton Construction, Inc. plans to receive bids from Section 3, Los Angeles County. Local Hire and DVBE firms for participation in the project. Certified firms must provide a copy of their current Section 3 and Diversity Business certification.


This project is a California State (Commercial) and Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage job (The higher of the two applies). Project is also subject to Section 3, and Local Hire Requirements.
