The County of Napa is requesting statements of qualifications (SOQ) from consultants to complete the design, environmental documents, permit applications, and right-of-way acquisition documents with federal funds. The consultant will also provide construction support during the bidding and construction phases of the Napa Valley Vine Trail from Yountville to St. Helena, RDS 23-19. DBE Goal for Federal Fiscal Year 2024 could be 10%.
Insurance is required once awarded.
