This project consists of constructing concrete improvements (including installing curb extensions, curb, and gutter, sidewalk, and ADA curb ramps), new signage, pavement striping and markings, traffic signal poles and foundations, traffic signal equipment, speed feedback signs and drainage inlets at various streets and intersections according to plans and specifications.

We are seeking quotes from vendors and subcontractors for the following: Traffic control, electrical work contractors, potholing, stormwater pollution prevention services, storm drain contractors, landscaping, tree removal contractors, surveying, slurry seal, saw-cutting, signage/striping, trucking, asphalt/base rock/concrete/lumber suppliers, dumping of dirt/concrete/asphalt.

This project has a DBE goal of 22%.

JJR Construction, Inc. is signatory to Laborers and Cement Masons Unions. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements. Contractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting JJR's requirements and will be required to sign the standard JJR Subcontract Agreement.
