We are seeking quotes from certified and qualified MBE & WBE subcontractors and suppliers for the following bid items: Construction Surveying, Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control System, Prepare Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, Rain Event Action Plan, Stormwater Sampling and Analysis, Stormwater Annual Report, Flagging, Dewatering, Temporary Fence-Type ESA, Restoration Hydroseed-Transition Zone Seed Mix, Restoration Hydroseed-Scrub Enhancement Seed Mix, Fencing and Trucking.
We are an equal opportunity employer and this contract is subject to Executive Orders 10925, 11114 and 11246 and all other applicable Federal and State laws and regulations. The plans and specs are available for your review at our office or can be sent to you electronically via email. Bonds may be required from qualified subcontractors and assistance will be provided in obtaining bonds, insurance and lines of credit as necessary. Efforts will be made to assist interested subcontractors in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or related assistance or services. All subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard subcontract agreement which includes furnishing certificates of insurance with not less than the limits listed within the terms or as required per the project specifications, whichever limits are greater. All contractors submitting a bid must have the appropriate and current license and must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations at the time of the bid opening.
