Project Details

SCOPE: Guaranteed Max Price Project.
Inc. 2 consists of construction of new kindergarten, admin, and kitchen building additions, modernization of the Multi-Purpose Building and Campus-wide Re-Roofing.
There will be a separate bid date for Incr. 3 which will consist of modernization of (E) buildings and work will take place during summer of 2024.

PLA Required / Prevailing Wage Required / Skilled & Trained Workforce Required (See PLA) / 5% Retention / 2 Year General Warranty / See Extract from Signed Contract on Procore for Insurance Requirements / RFI Deadline is 8/9/23 by 5:00 PM / MEP+FS Subs MUST be Prequalified with MUSD to Bid / Duration Dates August 2023 to July 2024 / $10,000 per Cal. Day - Liquidated Damages

It is now State of CA law to include CSLB license # & DIR # on bid sub list â€" make sure to put them on your bid scope’s 1st page.
Alten Construction may implement a CCIP (Contractor Controlled Insurance Program) on this or any Project â€" however, please include all required insurance in your bid.

PREVAILING WAGE RATES, INSURANCE FORM CG2010 11/85 (EQUIVALENT IS CG2010 0704 & CG203 COMBINED) & WKLY CERTIFIED PAYROLL RPTS SUBMITTED ON LCP TRACKER ARE REQUIRED. 100% PERFORMANCE & PAYMENT SUB BONDS MAY BE REQUIRED. ALTEN CONSTRUCTION WILL PAY UP TO 1.5% OF BOND PREMIUM
