We are seeking qualified DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for all trades for concrete, grading and paving, framing, cabinets, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and all other trades indicated in the specifications and drawings.
It is noted that the MEP trades (license categories C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, or C-46) must be prequalified with the Alisal school district. The application for MEP prequalification can be found on our website at www.ottoconstructon.com. Otto Construction is also signatory to the Carpenters, Laborers, and Cement Masons unions. Work for these trades must be by union workers.

Union workers are required for carpenter, laborer, and cement mason trades as described above.
