Project Description:
Clearing of brush & vegetation, Minor dewatering, excavation of pond bottom materials, removal of retaining walls, concrete, swim platform, playground, fences, installation of underdrain piping via directional bore, excavation of outfall channels, rip-rap armoring, stone placement, geotextiles, access ramp construction, backfilling of the pond, storm water collection swales, drainage structures, seeding and establishment of turf and related work. All digging within the historically sensitive areas is to be done with the oversight of the DPW Cultural Resources.

Scopes of Work: Landscaping - Top Soil/Seeding, Excavation, Directional Drilling, Underdrain Piping & Drainage Structures, Fencing, Trucking, Demolition, etc.
