D-Line is soliciting quotations from certified Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises ("DVBE's") for the following types of work and supplies/materials including but not limited to: Selective Demolition including Tree, Concrete, Asphalt, Landscape; Concrete; Metal Fabrication; Electrical; Earthwork including Site Clearing and Trenching; Exterior Improvements including AC Paving & Sealing, Slurry Coat, Site Concrete & Walks, Paving Specialties, Striping/Signs/EV Stations, Railings/Chain Link Fence & Gates, and Landscape & Irrigation; SWPPP Plan; Survey: Trucking; Materials including Asphalt, Aggregates, Concrete, Rebars, Pipes & Fittings, Fabric, Precast, Bike Rack, BMP’s, Trucking & Disposal & performing all associated work.

D-Line is willing to break out portions of the work to increase the expectation of meeting the DVBE participation goals.

At our discretion, 100% Payment and Performance Bonds may be required as a subcontract condition. D-Line is willing to pay up to 1.5% of the bond premium. D-Line is signatory to the Laborers, Operators and Carpenters Unions. D-Line is an equal opportunity employer.
