Ray’s Electric is requesting written quotations from qualified MBE/WBE/DVBE/SBE/LBE & OBE and Non-MBE/WBE/DVBE/SBE/LBE & OBE sub-contractors and vendors within the Contra Costa County Area for the above-named project. GENERAL WORK DESCRIPTION: The work to be done generally consists of installing 14 curb ramps at selected intersections in Kensington. Ancillary improvements include removal and replacement of existing concrete valley gutter and asphalt concrete, removal and installation of thermoplastic pavement markings and installation of two (2) solar powered rectangular rapid flashing beacons as well as other work shown on the Plans and called for in the Specifications and as directed by the Engineer.
The Construction Shall Conform To California Department of Transportation Standard Specifications 2018, Standard Plans 2018, and the latest versions of the general prevailing wage rates, and applicable labor surcharge and equipment rental rates including latest Addendums and Revisions-Applies to Special Provisions.
This Project requires to subcontract a minimum of 22% of our bid in accordance with the Mandatory Subcontracting Minimum requirements and the Engineers Estimate is $282,000.00.
