E.E. Gilbert Construction is requesting bids from certified DBE,MBE, and WBE Subcontractors and suppliers for surveying, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, tree removal, tree planting, erosion control, installation of biotechnical enhancement structures, and irrigation.

The project consists of demolition, grading, excavation and off haul of soil, construction of biotechnical stabilization structures, construction of habitat features, installation and maintenance of native plants, and deployment of erosion control measures for restoration located in a segment of Bale Slough stretching from Rutherford Rd to just South of Alpha Omega Winery.

Any subcontractor performing work on the job is required to be registered with the Dept. of Industrial Relations. Please take into account when quoting the project: Prevailing Wage Rates, Certified Payroll, and Insurance Requirements.
