ADDENDUM NO. 1 ISSUED MAY 15, 2023
Restoration project located in a segment of Bale Slough stretching from Rutherford Cross Road to just south of Alpha Omega Winery in Napa County. Work sill consist of demolition, grading, excavation and offhaul of soil, construction of biotechnical stabilization structures, construction of habitat features, installation and maintenance of native plants, and deployment of erosion control measures.
We are seeking certified MBE/WBE subcontractors, trucking companies and material suppliers including but not limited to: Trucking, SWPPP/BMP's, Surveying, Erosion Control and Construction Materials, Woody Debris/Habitat Structures, Rock Scour Protection, Seed, Road Repair Materials. Drip Irrigation Materials (optional bid item), 3-yr. Maintenance/Monitoring/Reporting (Optional Bid Item).
Project start date is anticipated July 3, 2023
Survey layout and SWPPP is anticipated to start July 3, 2023
Hauling and traffic control is anticipated to start July 17, 2023
Aggregates and large wood debris structures is anticipated August 1, 2023
Erosion control products are anticipated to start being installed September 5, 2023
Planting and irrigation are anticipated to start October 2, 2023
Long term maintenance is anticipated to start November 1, 2023
