D-Line is soliciting quotations from certified San Leandro local business that will participate in the project as a subcontractor, sub-consultant, trucker or supplier for the following types of work and supplies/materials including but not limited to: Shoring & Bracing, Survey, Sawcut, Trucking, Temp Fence. Metal & CLF Fence, Tree Demo, SWPPP, Concrete, AC & Granite Paving, Landscape/Irrigation, Masonry, Site Furnishing (Bench, Waste Receptacle, Barbeque, Hot Coal Receptacle, Bollards, Bike Rack,, Corn Hole Game), Rubber Surfacing, Electrical, Monument & Main Entrance Site, Rebars, Striping & Signs, Playground Equipment, Pre-fab Shade Structures & Trash Enclosures, Pre-fab Restroom Building, Construction, Concrete Aggregates, Boulders, AC Materials
Goal= 25%
EE Estimate= $3-$4 Million.

D-Line is willing to break out portions of the work to increase the expectation of meeting the San Leandro Business participation goals. At our discretion, 100% Payment and Performance Bonds may be required as a subcontract condition. D-Line is willing to pay up to 1.5% of the bond premium.
