BHM Construction, Inc. invites licensed and qualified subcontractors, including those specified as DVBE, to submit pricing for the Aragon High School Flex Field project located in San Mateo CA, for the following divisions of work:

earthwork, exterior improvements, utilities, existing conditions, site concrete,
metals, thermal & moisture protection, site furnishings, special construction, electrical & lighting.

• BHM Construction is the awarded General Contractor for the project.
• Bid documents are currently available in the BHM Lease-Leaseback plan room.
• Subcontractors will be required to sign the BHM subcontract agreement, available in the BHM Lease-Leaseback plan room.
• MEP Contractors are required to be prequalified with the San Mateo Union High School District. Applications are available in the BHM lease-
leaseback plan room.

• BHM Lease-Leaseback plan room access is available by visiting bhmconstruction.com, selecting subcontractor portal, and clicking on the
lease-leasebackplan room icon. No password is required.
• Please submit questions in writing to bids@bhmconstruction.com no later than May 11, 2023.
• Subcontractors are responsible for checking the plan room prior to bid submission, to ensure they are aware of all bidding documents,
including but not limited to all issued bid clarifications and addenda.
