We are seeking quotes for the following items: Demolition, Underground Utilities, Electrical Utilities, Site Concrete, Overhead Signs, Stripers, Hydroseed, Erosion Control, Fencing, Articulated Concrete Block, Landscaping, Trucking / Aggregate hauling, Asphalt Oil Hauling and Bus Shelters. The project consists of constructing a new paved parking area totaling approximately 35 acres within the SMF boundaries and will add approximately 2800 economy spaces and approximately 450 free waiting space, to include lighting and bus shelters. Located east of Airport Boulevard between Crossfield Road and Interstate 5 with access by the new Elkhorn Boulevard extension and will be made available to the public and utilized by Transportation Network Company (TNC) vehicles.

At our discretion, 100% Payment and Performance bonds may be required as a subcontract condition.
