Quotes needed for all trades for new construction, including but not limited to: Staking, Cleaning, Concrete, Masonry, Framing, Rough & Finish Carpentry, Casework and Countertops, Roofing, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Doors Frames and Hardware, Windows, Storefronts, Flooring, Painting, and more.

This is a prevailing wage project.

Section 3 Goals: 25% labor hours by Section 3 Workers & 5% by Targeted Section 3 Workers.
Minority (MBE) Participation Goals: 9.1% in each trade
Women (WBE) Participation Goals: 6.9% in each trade
