SnL Group, Inc. is seeking quotes from all qualified vendors, subcontractors, service and material providers, including all certified MBE/WBE firms for the following items of work per plans and specs, including but not limited to: WPCP, site Demolition & excavation, aggregate materials; base, concrete, asphalt, and gravel, masonry, rebar, paving, water services, electrical work including but not limited to; switchboards, distribution panelboards, standby generator, light poles, and all work to replace two existing transformers, new shade structure erection, painting and roofing.

SnL Group, Inc. is available to discuss breaking out any portion of work to encourage minority participation.

MBE/WBE's can no longer self-certify, must be certified at bid opening, and MBE/WBE firms must provide proof certification with their bid.

Wage Requirements are Prevailing Wage for the State of California and Davis Bacon www.dir.ca.gov (https://www.dir.ca.gov/Public-Works/Prevailing- Wage.html). Each subcontractor must submit proof of current DIR Registration when submitting a quote.

Insurance Requirements: each subcontractor must submit proof of work comp insurance and obtain work comp throughout the completion of the project.

Requirements: by submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. SnL's written subcontract documents execution is required of all successful subcontract bids.
