SCOPE: Alten has been awarded this Lease Leaseback Guaranteed Maximum Price Project and invites bids for
Increment 1, 3 & Interim Housing at this time.

Increment 1 & 3 & Interim housing (This Bid) includes: Relocation of 2 (E) before-&-after-school-care buildings, Demo of an (E) classroom / library building, (E) special services & admin buildings, Construction of site and utility connection work including pavement replacement and minor parking lot reconfiguration as well as fencing and gate adjustments, and Installation / removal of interim housing.

Skilled & Trained Workforce Requirements / Prevailing Wage Required / 10% Retention / See Extract from Facilities Lease for Insurance Requirements / RFI Deadline is 4/28/23 by 5PM / MEP+FS Subs MUST be Prequalified to Bid - Applications must be submitted to PQbids at least 10 business days prior to project bid opening date of 5/3/23 (so by Wed 4/19/23) and approved by PQBids at least five business days prior to bid opening date (so by Wed 4/26/23).
