Increment 1: Relocation of the existing playground and provide sloped walk to (E) toilets. Provide EVA Curb Cut, accessible drop-off, and
chainlink fence vehicle gate. Accessibility upgrade to (E) toilet rooms on accessible path of travel.

Increment 2: New single-story multi-purpose building, trash encloser, new entry plaza, and landscaping and new modular shade structure.
