We are seeking quotes from DVBE Contractors for Hercules Middle & High School Science Building in Hercules, CA.

Quotes needed for all trades for new construction, including but not limited to: Demolition, Staking, Cleaning, Concrete, Masonry, Framing, Rough & Finish Carpentry, Casework and Countertops, Roofing, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Doors Frames and Hardware, Windows, Storefronts, Flooring, Painting, etc.

Scope of Work: Removal of 4 existing portable classrooms and 1 existing portable bathroom building. Construction of a 1-story classroom building, including (8) laboratory classrooms, (2) laboratory prep rooms, new restrooms, and associated site work. New landscaping including new outdoor learning areas. This is a prevailing wage project.
