Seals Construction Inc is seeking DVBE proposal from ALL TRADES.

The work consists of two new single-story, wood-framed, slab-on-grade classroom buildings, one new wood-framed canopy, parking lot expansion, student drop-off, and related on-site and off-site improvements.

Prevailing Wages shall apply.

Pre-Qualification is required.
Pursuant to Public Contract Code Section 20111.6, subsection (b) through (m), all general contractors and mechanical, electrical and plumbing subcontractor in license classifications A, B, C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43 and C-46 who intend to bid on the project must be pre-qualified. No bid will be accepted for such projects from subcontractors in the listed license categories that are not on the Owner's Qualified Bidder List.

Prequalification application packages are available on the District's website or at the Owner's main office. Prequalification application must be submitted to the Owner by 5:00 pm, February 17, 2023. The Owner will publish a list of qualified bidders on or before February 24, 2023.

Sub Bonds may be required for subcontracts over $100,000. Please include your Bond Cost / Bond Rate as a separate line item on your proposal.
