Avila Construction is bidding this project as a general contractor and seeks DVBE business participation from the subcontractor community.

Project:

1. Construction and installation of 2 DSA Pre-checked (PC) daycare buildings (4 classrooms) and 1 administration office building (by MCOE’s separate contractor).
2. Construction and installation of a PC shade structure (by MCOE’s separate contractor).
3. Installation of poured-in-place play surface and play structures (by MCOE’s separate contractor).
4. Installation of underground site utilities and site work related to aforementioned scope of work (by site contractor).
5. Installation of fire alarm and low voltage devices at the daycare buildings (4 classrooms) and 1 administration office building (by site contractor).

This is a PREVAILING WAGE PROJECT. All Bidders MUST be registered with the DIR and provide their DIR number AT THE TIME OF BID.

All subcontractors must comply with Avila Construction's insurance requirements, which will be included with the Invitation to Bid.

All bidders must be licensed for their respective scope(s) of work in the state of CA.
