This project includes construction of a new regulator structure and decommissioning of an existing regulator structure. Secant pile SOE, a new regulator structure, and modifications to an existing regulator. Excavation of area for a new regulator, rerouting of existing sewer lines upstream of new regulator structure, utility relocations, site demolition, and restoration. Installation of new tide gates and floatable underflow baffles. Removal of existing tide gates. Installation of new instrumentation, SCADA enclosure, solar panels, and associated conduit routing and wiring. Decommissioning of existing SCADA system..
