Increment 1: Abatement and demolition of existing site, as well as infrastructure and grading required for Increment 2. PREVIOUSLY BID

Increment 2: Provide construction of new campus buildings and site designed to accommodate approximately 650 students. Includes final site work related to all paving areas along the accessible path of travel, site improvements, parking, drop-off area, student circulation, landscape and utilities as identified in the drawings. Includes construction of: (1) one-story administration building; (2) one-story classroom building; (1) one-story library, science & elective classroom building; and (1) one-story multi-purpose/foodservice building

This project requires prevailing wages be paid, pursuant to California Department of Industrial Relations Prevailing Wage Requirements. Certified Payroll will be required.
Flint requires that all subcontractors have and maintain a valid and active California State Contractor’s license at the time of bid and throughout the duration of the project while under contract to perform their scope(s) of work.
All subcontractors submitting bids on Public Works Projects must be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations.
Flint requires a Waiver of Subrogation from all successful subcontractors.
Flint requires a completed prequalification questionnaire from all subcontractors prior to issuance of a subcontract. This information can be found in the Front End Bid Documents.
Flint’s Standard Form of Agreement (Subcontract) will be used for this project. Execution of Subcontract is required by all successful bidders. A copy of Flint’s Subcontract is available in the Front End Bid Documents.
Bonding: Not required for subcontractors who are prequalified with Flint.
Submission of a bid or proposal to Flint represents an acknowledgement that the bidding entity has reviewed all of the bid documents, including addenda.
Disadvantaged subcontractors and vendors certified by the State of California and/or US Federal Government are strongly encouraged to submit bids.
This project includes a 3.0% DVBE goal for subcontractors and Material Suppliers.
This project includes Skilled and Trained Work Force requirements per CA Public Contract Code.
