We are soliciting quotes for Pipe - Concrete, Concrete & Masonry, Electrical Work, Excavation & Grading, Lighting, Lighting - Outdoor, Manhole Installation, Metal Fabrication/Machining/Welding, Roads and Paving, Sanitary Sewer, Service Connections, Sewer, Pipe & Manhole Televising & Inspection, Water Distribution & Trans., Traffic Control Plans, Sand, Rock, Asphalt, Aggregates, Trucking, Reinforcing Steel, SWPP, Soil Hole Drilling.

General Scope: Construct approximately 18,000 linear feet of new pipeline extending from the existing 6-inch diameter pipeline (Anza Lateral) beginning at the intersection of Anza Avenue and Calle Mayor in the City of Torrance and ending at the new Lago Seco Pump Station in the City of Palos Verdes Estates. Construct a new booster pump station (Lago Seco Pump Station). Construct laterals to sites along the Project pipeline including Pacific Coast Highway and Anza medians, Lago Park, Los Arboles Park, Richardson Middle School, Riviera Elementary School, and Palos Verdes Golf Course.

West Basin DBE/WBE/MBE/SLBE, SBE(SBA or DGS), LBE (The sub-contractor must be located either within the District’s service area or within 25 miles of the District’s Carson headquarters for a minimum of one year). Small Business in a Rural Area (SBRA);Labor Surplus Area Firm (LSAF); Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Zone Small Business Concern or a concern under a successor program.


All Subcontractors must be licensed in the State of California at the time of bid and have a valid DIR Registration Number. Colich & Sons, LP is a Union Signatory Contractor to Operating Engineers and Southern California Laborers and thus any subcontractor must be signatory or willing to sign a project labor agreement. Subcontractors and suppliers are advised to submit their quotes by Friday, Feb 3rd Close of business, for evaluation and completion of all necessary forms to submit with our bid.
