Piazza Construction is seeking the use of qualified DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for the following aspects of Caltrans project 04-3J0804: construction area signs, traffic control system, portable changeable message sign, water pollution control plan, temporary hydraulic mulch (bonded fiber matrix) temporary cover, temporary drainage inlet protection, temporary fiber roll, temporary reinforced silt fence, temporary silt fence, temporary construction entrance, street sweeping, temporary active treatment system, water quality sampling and analysis, water quality monitoring report, water quality annual report, temporary creek diversion systems, treated wood waste, invasive species control, structural backfill (bridge), soil amendment, organic fertilizer, plant (group 1), plant establishment work, wood mulch, foliage protector, 2” wye strainer assembly, riser sprinkler assembly, cam coupler assembly, schedule 40 plastic pipe and fittings, rolled erosion control product (netting) hydromulch, fiber rolls, hydroseed, compost, in corporate materials, class 2 AB, steel sheet piling, structural concrete pile cap, drill and bond dowel, bar reinforcing steel (epoxy coated, pile cap), bar reinforcing steel (stainless steel), reset guard post, concrete ditch lining, chain link fence (type CL-6) 4’ chain link fence (type CL-6).

100% performance and payment bonds may be required. Subcontractors must possess a valid contractor's license, DIR registration number, and current insurance. Contractors and suppliers to provide proof of current DVBE certification with proposal. Subcontractor shall take out and maintain during the life of the contract, a Commercial General Liability Policy, with a minimum limit as defined within the contract documents, naming Piazza Construction as additionally insured.
