Piazza Construction is seeking the use of qualified DBE subcontractors and suppliers for the following aspects of Caltrans project 04-0Q6904: lead compliance plan, construction area signs, traffic control system, temporary traffic stripe, channelizer, portable radar speed feedback sign system, temporary pavement marker, temporary barrier system, portable changeable message sign, alternative temporary crash cushion, temporary radar speed feedback sign system, storm water pollution prevention plan, temporary drainage inlet protection, temporary reinforced silt fence, street sweeping, remove yellow thermoplastic traffic stripe (hazardous waste), soil amendment, packet fertilizer, plant (group I and A), maintain existing planted areas, plant establishment work, wood mulch, foliage protector, check and test existing irrigation facilities, riser sprinkler assembly, hydromulch, fiber rolls, hydroseed, compost, hot mix asphalt, 24” corrugated steel pipe, 8” perforated plastic pipe, 8” non-perforated plastic pipe, 36” corrugated steel pipe, rock slope protection, remove pavement marker, pavement marker (retroreflective), 6” thermoplastic traffic stripe (EWNV), remove thermoplastic traffic stripe, 6” traffic stipe tape, maintain existing traffic management system.

100% performance and payment bonds may be required. Subcontractors must possess a valid contractor's license, DIR registration number, and current insurance. Contractors and suppliers to provide proof of current DBE certification with proposal. Subcontractor shall take out and maintain during the life of the contract, a Commercial General Liability Policy, with a minimum limit as defined within the contract documents, naming Piazza Construction as additionally insured.
