General work description: Pavement rehabilitation, including, but not limited to, miscellaneous demolition, clearing and grubbing, full depth reclamation, pavement grinding, conform grinding, crack sealing, hot mix asphalt overlay, pavement striping and signing. The work also includes replacement or enhancements of pedestrian curb ramps for ADA accessibility, concrete sidewalk replacement, curb and gutter replacement, hot mix asphalt stamped crosswalks, bollard lighting and related electrical work, temporary traffic control, notification of adjacent property owners, and other miscellaneous items of work as shown on the contract documents.

The DBE Contract goal is 14% percent. Federal Aid No. STPL-5383(016). The estimated cost of the project is $2,558,600.00. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance and worker’s compensation coverage meeting Granite’s requirements and will be required to sign the standard Granite Subcontract Agreement.
