Subcontractor's must possess a current Contractors License, and Provide General Liability, Auto and Worker's Compensation Insurance meeting the minimum required by Soracco and will be required to submit a waiver of subrogation. Subcontractor's will also be required to sign a Subcontract Agreement and/or Purchase Order if necessary. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price.
