Spencon Construction Inc is requesting quotes from certified MBE and WBE firms for the following items of work including, but not limited to: Traffic Control Sub, Saw Cutting Sub, Trucking Sub

Spencon construction will be able to assist in payment of a reasonable bond premium. A 100% payment bond and performance bond my be required for the full amount of the subcontractors price. Please provide a bond premium rate with your quote. Subcontractors must possess a current contractors license, insurance, and workers compensation coverage meeting the owners requirements and will be required to sign a subcontract agreement. Spencon is a union shop and you will also be required to sign a one - time union agreement, if you are not a union contractor
