JJR Construction, Inc is seeking quotes from DBE/MBE/WBE/DVBE/SBE subcontractors and material suppliers for the following: Saw-cutting, traffic control, trucking, removal of trees/stump grinding, furnishing and installing new 15-gallon trees, plant establishment and maintenance period, grind existing sidewalk lip flush, hauling and disposal of pavement, soil, and concrete, asphalt material, base rock material, concrete material, erosion and sediment control plan, and construction area signs.

JJR Construction, Inc. is signatory to Laborers and Cement Masons Unions. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements. Contractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting JJR's requirements and will be required to sign the standard JJR Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreement can be obtained by contacting the estimator.
