The Ekwill-Fowler Project includes improvements along Hollister Avenue including the installation of roundabouts, the realignment and reconstruction of several frontage roads, a multi-use bike and pedestrian path, the extension of Ekwill Street, and an extension of Fowler Road.
We are seeking certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firms to support with project inspection, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), document control, office engineering, or public outreach.
