All items of work are made available including items of work normally performed by Bridgeway. Items included in quotations will be broken down into comparable packages as necessary to assist in identifying opportunities for DBE and DVBE Subcontractors.
Requirements: Bridgeway is signatory to the Carpenters, Cement Masons, Laborers and Operating Engineers unions. Subcontractors must be prepared to furnish payment and performance bonds for the full amount of subcontract price. Bonding assistance is available. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance and worker’s compensation coverage meeting Bridgeway’s requirements and will be required to sign the standard Bridgeway Subcontract Agreement. Please call the main office for a copy of the insurance requirements and agreement. Please include your Contractors License Number, DIR Number and your DBE Firm ID Number on the quote. Plans and specifications are available for viewing at our office.
