JJR Construction is seeking LOCAL SBE/MBE/WBE (San Leandro Bussiness/Subcontractors) and MINORITY subcontractors and material suppliers for this project. The project consists of upgrading curb ramps, curb & gutter, sidewalk, driveway, traffic control, asphalt work, and storm drain inlet adjustment. We are looking for quotes for traffic control, asphalt, baserock, concrete, dumping of asphalt/concrete/dirt, striping/signage, trucking, testing services, and sawcutting.

JJR Construction, Inc. is signatory to Laborers and Cement Masons Unions. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements. Contractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting JJR's requirements and will be required to sign the standard JJR Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreement can be obtained by contacting the estimator.
