JJR Construction is seeking quotes from certified DBE subcontractors, material suppliers, and truckers. We need quotes for the following: construction area signs, traffic control system, water pollution prevention plan, Landscaping/planting, irrigation system, class 2 aggregate base, micro-surfacing, hot mix asphalt, cold plane asphalt concrete pavement, drainage inlets, 12",18" reinforced concrete pipes, concrete, masonry unit pavers, rectangular rapid flashing beacon system, surveying, striping/signage, trucking, and dumping of AC/PCC/Dirt.

JJR Construction, Inc. is signatory to Laborers and Cement Masons Unions. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements. Contractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting JJR's requirements and will be required to sign the standard JJR Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreement can be obtained by contacting the estimator.
