This project is NON-OCIP. Please review all insurance documents and ensure proper costs are included in your proposal.
The work under this contract consists generally of the Column Base repairs of the elevated structure of the Culver Line between Church Avenue and Kings Highway. The scope is inclusive of: Furnish and install barriers around the column bases. Remove column base protection concrete (lead disturbance activity). Remove sidewalk and / or street and excavate down to column baseplates. Clean and survey column base steel to determine extent of corrosion (lead disturbance activity). Prepare shop drawings detailing corrosion and steel repairs (based on existing condition surveys). Repair columns in accordance with approved shop drawings, install column base protection concrete and restore sidewalk and / or street. Caulk and paint column base protection concrete and steel.
Project solicitation needs include, but are not limited to the following scope:
CPM Scheduling, survey, progress photo & video, concrete supply, rebar supply, rebar installation, Structural Steel Fabrication, Structural Steel Repairs, Painting & Lead abatement.
