10. Replacement of actuators associated with two 42-inch x 48-inch Polyjet (i.e. regulating) valves;
11. Replacement of actuator associated with one 12-inch x 18-inch Polyjet (i.e. regulating) valve;
12. Rehabilitation of two 60-inch x 42-inch venturi flow meters;
13. Rehabilitation of one 20-inch x 12-inch venturi flow meters;
14. Modifications to existing motor control center;
15. Associated power and controls work;
16. Removal of stop shutters and refilling of the EDRC;
17. Reinstallation of grating/frame supports including miscellaneous modifications;
18. Final restoration."

The Bidder will be required to quote in compliance with all project plans and specifications. Non-Disclosure Agreements are provided when applicable. Addenda is posted and notification is sent to all invited bidders.

Insurance Requirements
Upon award, Subcontractors must provide insurance in accordance with our subcontract agreement. A copy of the subcontractor agreement can be found in Building Connected Project Plan Room.

Bonding Requirements
For subcontracts the Bidder shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds equal to the full subcontract price. For Material Contracts, the bidder shall furnish Supply Bonds in amount equal to full Material Contract price. Bond premiums are reimbursable by Kiewit/Mass. Electric Construction Co. Jett Industries
Please provide current bond rate with Quote/Proposal or advise if you are unable to bond so that we my address this issue.
