VA Building 404 Apartments
Location: 11301 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90073
The VA Building 404 project consists of a new 3-Story over 1-Story partially subterranean parking apartment building with 73 units, community room, offices and mechanical penthouse.

Walton Construction, Inc. plans to receive bids from Section 3, Los Angeles County. Local Hire and DVBE (SDVOSBs/VOSBs), MBE, and WBE firms for participation in the VA Building 404 project.

Certified firms must provide a copy of their current Section 3 and Diversity Business certification. This project is a California State (Commercial) and Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage job (The higher of the two applies). Project is also subject to Section 3, and Local Hire Requirements. Bids must be received by Friday, October 28, 2022, at 4:00pm for the following trades:
